There's more to PyroPet candles than first meets the eye; inside each cute cat, owl or dragon candle is a flame scorched skeleton with fire filled eyes waiting to be revealed. They make fun gifts for those with a more macabre sense of humour and are also great for Halloween.

PyroPet Candle Company

The inspiration for PyroPet came about when Icelandic designer Thorunn Arnadottir was studying at the Royal College of Art in London in 2011. Her original cat candles named 'The Devil's Pet' were exhibited at her graduation show and in Milan, quickly gaining a following on the internet. Later Thorunn joined with Dan Kovaland and they founded the PyroPet Candle Company, now selling their candles in shops and galleries around the world.

PyroPet Candle Designs

Fun and quirky, each PyroPet candle is sure to raise an eyebrow and be a great conversation point. Watch the wax melt away and these cute cat, owl and dragon candles will reveal what is inside them and their true nature, turning into menacing flame scorched aluminium skeletons with fire filled eyes. These are candles with a twist, ideal for Halloween and sure to amuse those with a darker or macabre sense of humour.
